You may be asked for a signature on receipt of your product. If you (or someone on your behalf) are not available to sign at your nominated address between 9am and 5pm (business days), please provide an alternate address that we can deliver to. We suggest using a work address rather than a home address if you will not be home to sign. 
 
If you are not available for the delivery or if the address provided is not valid, this may incur the product be returned to Youthphoria. You may be charged a re-delivery fee.
 
We send Youthphoria products to 237 countries from Melbourne, Australia. Refer to our Complete List here. You can trust us to send your Youthphoria products overseas competently. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
 
Your parcel may be subject to any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are determined by your country's governing laws and are outside of our control. Please refer to your country's customs and tax laws. Customs charges placed by your country is the responsibility of the buyer. Australia and New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post, subject to change. Tracking details are sent to your email immediately after they are fulfilled, please check your email for the tracking number.
