How to apply your Fastbond Press-On Cluster Lashes
Fastbond lashes are press-on cluster lashes with the bond built into the band. No glue, no magnets, no liner. They press on under your natural lashes and stay on for up to 10 days per application. That is the transformation above. Here is the whole routine, step by step.
Step 1: Start with clean, dry lashes
Make sure your natural lashes are clean, dry and free of mascara, oils and leftover makeup. The Fastbond band grips best on bare lashes, and clean lashes also keep everything hygienic for longer wear.
Step 2: Plan your look with the lash map
Every pack includes a pre-mapped pair of clusters and a lash map instruction card. The map shows you which length goes where along your lash line, so your set looks balanced and intentional. The numbers printed beside each row in the tray are the cluster lengths in millimetres, so 8 is the shortest. Lay out the clusters for one eye before you start. Shorter clusters sit towards the inner corner and longer ones towards the middle and outer corner, exactly as your map card shows.
Step 3: Pick up a cluster with the applicator
Use the Precision Lash Applicator to grip a cluster close to the band, without touching the band itself. The low-stick coating and fine tip give you precise control, even with long nails.
Tip: If a cluster clings to the tweezer when you release it, you have gripped it on the band. Regrip on the lash fibres just below the band and it will release cleanly.
Step 4: Place the cluster under your natural lashes
This is the part that makes Fastbond different. The cluster goes on the underside of your natural lashes, not on your eyelid. Tilt your chin up and look down into a mirror held low. Bring the cluster up underneath your natural lashes and settle the band close to the roots, without touching the waterline. Work along your lash line one cluster at a time, following your lash map.
Step 5: Clamp to set
Once a cluster is in position, gently clamp your natural lashes and the cluster together for a few seconds, with the applicator or your fingertips, so the band bonds along your lashes. Repeat for each cluster, then check both eyes in the mirror and adjust anything before the bond fully settles. That is it. No drying time, no mess.
Watch the whole application from start to finish:
Precautions: As with any cosmetic product, always perform a patch test prior to full application. In case of eye contact with any residue, wash the eye thoroughly with clean water. If you have a pre-existing eye condition, consult a medical professional before use.
Removing your Fastbond lashes
When you are ready to take them off, peel each cluster away gently with the applicator or your fingertips. Support your natural lashes with one finger while you peel so there is no tugging. Never pull hard against your natural lashes. Fastbond clusters are latex-free, glue-free and designed not to damage your natural lashes.
Caring for your clusters
Keep your spare clusters in their case, away from heat and moisture, so they hold their shape and stay hygienic. Each pack contains 70 clusters, which makes up to 11 full lash sets, roughly 3 months of wear.
Quick answers
Do I need glue or liner? No. The bond is built into the clear, flexible band. That is the Fastbond part. If a free liner arrived in your parcel, it is for our magnetic and Crystal Clear Band lashes. Fastbond needs nothing extra.
How long do they last per wear? Up to 10 days per application when applied to clean, dry lashes. Oils, mascara and rubbing shorten the hold, so the cleaner the start, the longer they stay.
Can I sleep in them? Yes. Fastbond lashes are made for multi-day wear, sleep included. Give a fresh set its best chance on night one by applying to clean, dry lashes and clamping each cluster firmly, so the bond is fully set before you go to bed.
I have very few natural lashes. Will Fastbond work for me? Fastbond bonds to your natural lashes, so it needs some lashes to grip. If yours are very sparse, or you have none due to chemotherapy, alopecia or trichotillomania, our Crystal Clear Band lashes are the better fit, because they sit along the lash line with liner and need no natural lashes at all. See the full medical lashes collection.
Will they damage my natural lashes? No. They are latex-free, safe for sensitive skin and designed to be gentle on your natural lashes. Always remove them gently rather than pulling.
